These Terms of Service govern your use of Providence Automations AI agent setup and managed services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
Providence Automations provides managed AI agent infrastructure, automation workflows, and integration services. This includes:
- Deployment and hosting of custom AI agents
- Third-party platform integration including Google Workspace services
- Managed monitoring, maintenance and support
- Automation workflow execution services
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
3. OAuth & Third Party Access
When you authorize third-party connections including Google OAuth:
- You grant us limited permission to act on your behalf only for the operations you explicitly configure
- You retain full ownership of all your data and content
- You may revoke access permissions at any time via the respective third party account settings
- We do not claim ownership over any data accessed via connected services
You acknowledge that use of integrated services are also subject to the respective terms of service of those providers, including Google Terms of Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our software
- Use the service to distribute malware, spam or harmful content
5. Service Availability
- We will use reasonable efforts to maintain service availability
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated with advance notice
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We are not liable for damages resulting from temporary service interruptions
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in and to the service, including all software, design, documentation and trademarks are and shall remain the exclusive property of Providence Automations. You retain all rights to your own data, configurations and content.
7. Payment Terms
- Fees are described on our pricing page and invoiced in advance
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Late payments may result in temporary suspension of service
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- All access to the service will be revoked
- Your data will be retained for 30 days for export purposes
- All outstanding fees remain payable
- Sections which by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PROVIDENCE AUTOMATIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
